数字视频展台中DDR SDRAM控制器的设计

本文介绍了DDR SDRAM的系统命令和结构，并分析其工作方式。设计了一种基于状态机的，适用于数字视频展台的DDR SDRAM控制器，对控制器的控制流程进行详细介绍，并给出控制流程图。最后对控制器进行仿真，并在Xilinx公司的Spartan3E系列FPGA上实现。
his paper presented the system command and structure of DDR SDRAM and analyzed its working style. A DDR SDRAM controller that applied to digital video presenter and based on state machine was designed in this paper. The control flow of the controller was presented particularly and the flow chart was also provided. At last, the design has passed the simulation and was implemented in a Xilinx Spartan3E FPGA.
