甲壳素/棉混纺织物匀染性研究
Researching on Union Dyeing of Chitin/Cotton Blended Fabric
使用不同的醛对甲壳素纤维上的氨基进行保护,然后对保护过的混纺织物进行染色,染色后用稀酸脱去氨基的保护基。通过试验,确定了用醛作为氨基的保护基,染色后的织物用3g/l硫酸在40℃处理20分钟即可去除保护基。结果表明在该工艺条件下,甲壳素/棉混纺织物匀染性得到提高,对抗菌性和皂洗牢度影响小。
ying the chitin/cotton blended fabric after use different kinds of aldehydes to protect the amino of chitin fiber, then use dilute acid to wipe off the protection group of amino. Through experiment, we choose aldehyde as the best protection reagent, after dying we use sulfuric acid (3g/l) to wipe off the protection group of amino in 20 minutes under 40℃. The results show that under this technics, the blended fabric could be dyed to the same color with satisfied color fastness and bacterial repellency.
