神经干细胞(neural stem cells,NSCs)在神经退行性疾病发病过程中发挥重要作用,NSCs外源性移植为神经再生修复治疗带来了巨大前景。前期研究显示,基于三焦理论而创立的三焦针法和黄地散对阿尔茨海默病和血管性痴呆等神经退行性疾病具有显著疗效。本课题以SAM小鼠为研究对象,分为SAMR1组、SAMP8组、NSCs移植组、针刺组、药物组和针药联合组,每组10只,应用Morris水迷宫,观察三焦针法与黄地散联用对小鼠海马外源性NSCs移植后行为学的改变。结果显示,与SAMP8比较,NSCs移植后各组SAMP8的逃避潜伏期均明显缩短(P<0.05);与NSCs移植组比较,针刺组、药物组和针药联合组的逃避潜伏期均明显缩短(P<0.05);与针刺组或药物组比较,针药联合组逃避潜伏期明显缩短(P<0.05)。提示针刺、药物和针药联用三种干预方法都能有效改善小鼠的痴呆症状,而针药联合的治疗效果明显优于针刺或药物单用组。

Stem cells neural (NSCs) plays an important role in the pathogenesis of neurodegenerative diseases, and NSCs transplantation has brought a great prospect in the treatment of nerve regeneration. Previous studies have shown that, based on the Sanjiao theory, Sanjiao acupuncture and HuangDiSan has remarkable curative effect on Alzheimer's disease and vascular dementia and other neurodegenerative disease. In this paper, SAM were divided into SAMR1 group, SAMP8 group, NSCs group, acupuncture group, medicine group and the combination of acupuncture and medicine group, with 10 mice in each group. Morris water maze was applied to observe the effects on the behavior changes of SAM after NSCs transplantation in hippocampus. Results showed that when compared to SAMP8, the escape latency of groups after NSCs transplantation was significantly shortened (P<0.05); when compare to NSCs group, the escape latency of acupuncture group, medicine group and combination group was significantly shortened (P<0.05); when compare to acupuncture or medicine group, the escape latency of combination group was significantly shortened (P<0.05). It is suggested that acupuncture, medicine and the combination of acupuncture and medicine all could effectively improve the dementia symptom of mice, but the therapeutic effect of the combination of acupuncture and medicine was better than that of acupuncture or medicine alone.
