超级电容材料La掺杂NiCo-LDH的研究

本文采用水热法制备La掺杂NiCo-LDH电极材料,并用电子扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FTIR)进行了形貌和结构的表征;循环伏安测法(CV)、恒电流充放电测法(GCD)、电化学阻抗法(EIS)等电化学测试结果表明La的掺杂能够影响NiCo-LDH电化学性能,并可提高材料的充放电容量,且在La掺杂量4%时NiCo-LDH有最高的放电比容量。
In this paper, La-doped NiCo-LDH electrode materials were prepared by hydrothermal method. The composition and structure of the materials were characterized by electron scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The electrochemical test results such as cyclic voltammetry (CV), galvanostatic charge discharge measurement (GCD) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) show that the doping of La can affect the electrochemical performance of NiCo-LDH and improve the charge discharge capacity of the material. When the doping amount of La is 4%, NiCo-LDH has the highest specific discharge capacity.
