三七虫草混合粉抑制小鼠黑色素瘤效应研究
Study on Anti-tumour Effects of the Powder of Panax notoginseng and Cordyceps sinensis
目的 建立移植性黑色素(B16)小鼠肿瘤动物模型,观察三七虫草混合粉(天然虫草)抗肿瘤效应及其对免疫器官影响。方法 B16小鼠肿瘤移植后,将实验动物随机分5 组。即三七虫草粉(SCF)大、中、小剂量组、环磷酰胺(CTX)组与模型对照组。CTX组以腹腔注射途径给药,其余各组均采用口服灌胃途径给药或溶媒。实验过程中动态观察移植性B16小鼠全身状态、体重等,并于实验结束后测定抑瘤率及脾、胸腺的脏器指数。结果 三七虫草粉大、中、小剂量组肿瘤抑制率分别为48%、42%、36.4%;CTX为90.6%。实验各组分别与模型对照组比较,有统计学意义。三七虫草粉能够提高小鼠整体机能状态与免疫器官(脾脏、胸腺)脏器指数。结论 三七虫草粉有明显抗肿瘤效应,且能改善荷瘤小鼠整体机能状态,并有保护和恢复小鼠的免疫器官功效。
Objective To explore the anti-tumor effect of the powder of Panax notoginseng and Cordyceps sinensis (SCF) and its effect on immune organs through in vivo experiment on the basis of B16 transplanted tumor model. Methods Found B16 transplanted tumor modal which were divided into 6 groups. From the second day of inoculation, all mice were administrate respectively once a day for 10 days, except CTX group injected intravenously once in another day for 3 times. Until 15th day, mice were sacrificed to assay inhibitory rate of tumor, mass of immune organs and ordinal conditions. Results All mice entered the final analysis without loss. All different dosage SCF groups could inhibit the growth of B16 tumor in mice and inhibitory rate were 48%, 42%, 36.4% respectively, there are significant difference from control group. Meanwhile, it could also protect indexes of thymus and spleen of tumor mice, and there are no obvious side effects. Conclusion: SCF has an remarkable effect on inhibiting proliferation of tumor, it also can improve survival condition efficiently, probably protect and restore immune organs.
