面向GPON设备中光收发组件的在板电路研究与设计

随着我国通信行业迅猛发展及大数据时代的到来,FTTx(光纤接入)已成为各大运营商的主推业务,作为接入终端的GPON(吉比特无源光网络)设备需求大增。而光收发器的设计作为光纤通信系统中的关键技术,其成本,性能显得尤其重要。现有的设计往往具有较高的成本及繁琐的周边设计,占用较多的PCB空间。本文介绍了一种基于M02099驱动芯片解决方案的BOSA (光收发组件)在板硬件电路设计方案,相比于传统方案,具有功耗低,集成度高,外围器件少,工作稳定,成本低的优点。该设计方案经验证,符合ITU-T G.984.2标准对GPON设备光接口参数的规范要求。
With the coming of era of BIG DATA and the rapid development of communication in our country, the FTTx has became the main business in all telecommunications operators.With the result of that, as the accessing termination, the requirement of GPON(Gigabit-capable Passive Optical Networks) device is increased.As the key techonology in optical communication, the design of optical transceiver has became more and more important,especially its cost and performance. The mainstream design usually has higher cost and complicated peripheral design, occupies more PCB space. In view of this, a BOSA(Bidirectional Optical Subassembly) on board design based on M02099 driver chip solution is introduced in this paper. Compared to the traditional solution, it\'s more stable and highly integrated, also it has the lower power, less peripheral components and lower cost.The design has been verified to meet the ITU-T G.984.2 criterion about optical network requirements.
