一种基于多重特征的快速车牌定位算法
Fast License Plate Location Algorithm On Multi-characteristic
针对实际应用中，复杂背景下车牌定位适应性差，鲁棒性不强的问题。本文利用车牌区域具有的空间特征—边缘信息丰富，颜色空间信息—伴生与互补特性，和车牌自身的长宽比的形状特性，提出了一套融合车牌多重特征的快速定位方法。对160张实际彩色图像进行试验表明，本方法具有快速准确，鲁棒性强，自适应性好的优点。
he current method of license plate location is still not adaptive and robust when used for the image having complicated background. In this paper, a new method is proposed which is based on the multi-characteristics of the plate. This method adopted the most important information of the plate,. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method, experiments over 160 pictures of real-world vehicle license plates. It reports that the proposed method performs fast, accuracy, adaptive and robustness.
