本文根据太阳能电池板及蓄电池充放电特性，设计并实现了具有自动控制蓄电池充、放电功能的太阳能蓄电池控制器。控制器以功耗低的Mega16L微处理器为核心，实时监测、控制蓄电池两端的电压，使用液晶屏直观显示其电压和电量，继电器控制充、放电，并实现对蓄电池的保护。
In this paper, we based on solar panels and battery’s charge and discharge characteristics, design and realization of automatic control with rechargeable battery, solar battery discharge controller function. Controller with low-power microprocessor Mega16L as the core, real-time monitoring, control of battery voltage at both ends, using an intuitive LCD screen shows voltage and power, the relay control of filling, discharge, and to achieve the protection of the battery
