中小企业是我国国民经济发展的一支重要而活跃的力量，技术创新决定着中小企业的发展。通过对我国中小企业技术创新制约因素的分析和技术创新不同战略优势劣势分析，探索了基于企业生命周期的我国中小企业技术创新战略的选择。
SMEs play an important and active role in our national economic development. The development of SMEs is up to technology innovation。By the analysis of negative factors influencing SMEs’ technology innovation and strengths and weaknesses of different innovation strategies, the selection of SMEs’ technology innovation strategy in China based on enterprise life cycle is discussed in this article.
