斑马鱼在肿瘤研究中的应用

斑马鱼因其胚胎透明、体外发育等优点已经成为医学、生命科学和环境科学领域中不可缺少的生物工具。近年来，以斑马鱼作为脊椎动物而构建的肿瘤模型广泛应用于肿瘤方面的研究。本文介绍了斑马鱼疾病模型在肿瘤研究中的应用，以期为相关的研究提供帮助。
Zebrafish has become a powerful model organism in the fields of medicine, life science and environmental science because of its advantages such as transparence of embryos, in vitro development and so on. Recently zebrafish tumor models have been widely used in cancer research. This paper reviews the application of zebrafish disease models in cancer research.
