线粒体中的微RNA及其相关功能

线粒体在能量代谢、信号通路和整体细胞活力方面扮演重要角色。线粒体功能障碍会引起各种各样的疾病,尤其是需要高能量的组织,比如:骨骼肌、心脏、肾脏和中枢神经系统。研究现状:线粒体有其自身基因组。微RNA通过招募微RNA诱导的沉默复合体,以抑制翻译或降解mRNA来抑制基因表达。微RNA主要存在于胞浆,少量在胞核和胞外发挥作用。目前,已有研究发现微RNA可进入线粒体并靶向线粒体基因组。研究用途:本文将主要综述线粒体中的微RNA以及它们在线粒体中的功能。
Mitochondria plays an important role in the energy metabolism, signaling pathways and cell vitality. Mitochondrial dysfunction can cause various diseases, especially the organization needs high energy such as skeletal muscles, heart, kidneys and central nervous system. Mitochondria has its own genome. MicroRNA could suppress the translation or inhibit the degradation of mRNA to inhibit gene expression by recruiting the microRNA silence complex. MicroRNA mainly exist in the cytoplasm and few in the nucleus and extracellular that play its function. At present, studies have found that microRNA can enter the mitochondria and targeting the mitochondrial genome. This paper will mainly review the microRNAs in mitochondria and their functions in the mitochondria.
