投标决策对任何一个承包商都是非常重要的,承包商若不加选择地对多个工程进行投标，一旦不能中标，势必造成企业人、财、物的浪费。本文以工程投标为研究对象，运用模糊数学和层次分析法的理论，对投标风险的风险决策进行了研究。
Bidding decision is very important for any contractor. If a contractor enters a bid blindly , it is bound to cause enterprises, financial, and material waste. This article takes the project bidding as the research object to research bidding risk, using the theory of fuzzy mathematics and AHP.
