电子投票是网络化形式的现实投票,而电子评审是一种特殊的电子选举形式。随着现代社会的发展,人民的隐私保护越来越受到重视,电子投票的研究也开始走入了实用。而在评审当中,由于评审人员的特殊身份和重要性,又由于评审人员数量的稀少,投票信息很容易被泄露。为了保证不泄露评审人员的投票信息,并且能够得到正确和公平的评审结果,电子评审的研究在此方面投入了极大的精力来保证协议的安全和健壮。本文针对特定需求,设计并实现了一种基于安全多方的电子评审协议。通过该协议,可以在评审人投票意愿不被泄露的情况下,实现对项目的评审。文章也给出了协议的执行过程以及具体的实现。

Electronic voting is the network form of actual voting. Along with the development of modern cryptography, electronic voting research is getting more and more attention, and is put into practice. Electronic review is a special kind of electronic voting form, as a result of the small number of review voters, the special identity of the particularity, and the importance of particularity. In the assessment process, any information about the reviewers to vote are not allowed to disclose. Without any information about voting of the reviewers, it is an important problem to get the correct evaluation results, and to ensure the fairness of electronic counting in the study of evaluation. According to the specific requirements, the paper designs and implements a based on secure multi-party electronic jury system. Through the protocol, the project assessment can be implemented without leak of the vote of reviewers. The article gives the implementation of the protocol and the specific implementation process.
