化学溶液法制备的镧锶锰氧薄膜磁学特性研究

Magnetic Properties of LSMO thin films synthesized via chemical soultion deposition method

采用化学溶液法直接在Si和单晶STO(100)衬底上制备了La1-xSrxMnO3(LSMO)(x=0.3,0.33)薄膜。对其显微结构和磁学特性进行研究,结果表明所有的LSMO薄膜均具有典型的钙钛矿结构及纳米级表面平整度,在STO衬底上的的LSMO具有高度的择优取向,Si衬底上的LSMO具有更优的表面平整度。通过对其磁性能的研究表明,磁居里温度与组分紧密相关,与衬底的关系不大,当x从0.3增加到0.33,居里温度增加10oC左右。而STO衬底上生长的LSMO具有更高的磁化率,这主要是由其高度择优取向所致。

Lanthanum Strontium manganite La0.67Sr0.33MnO3 thin films have been grown successfully on polycrystalline Si wafer and STO (001) by metal-organic chemical liquid deposition technique using acetate as the starting materials, and acetic acid and deionized water as the solvent. The X-ray diffraction study of prepared sample confirms the rhombohedral phase formation. The effects of the high magnetic field and temperature on the magnetic performance were investigated. The relationship between the thermal annealing conditions, microstructure, and the physical properties of the present films were discussed.
