本文以连云港海滨新区陆域形成工程为例,采用大范围二维水动力数学模型,计算围垦工程建设后临洪河内的水位,分析探讨围垦工程的实施建设对河口水位变化产生的影响。研究结果表明,围垦后,临洪河口的水位变化受北侧堤阻水和纳潮量变小的双重影响,河口水位可能升高也可能降低。单独考虑内陆径流作用时,临洪河行洪时河口高水位会有所提高;单独考虑外海潮汐影响时,由于纳潮量的减小,临洪河行洪时河口高水位会有所降低。围垦后的水位变化主要取决于这两种因素所占的主导地位。

2-D hydrodynamic model was used to analyze the impact of reclamation on water level changes at the estuary of Lin hong River and the rationality of the calculation results . The result shows that the water level at the estuary of Lin hong River is affected by both impacts of the block on the north bank and the decrease of the tidal surface elevation difference. When single take the effect of inland current into account, the upper water level will rise during the sluice ; When consider the impact of tide separately ,the upper water level will drop down during the flood .The change of water level after the reclamation mainly lies on the dominant status of these two impacts.
