釉原蛋白在牙釉质仿生矿化中的研究进展
Research progress of amelogenin in enamel biomimetic mineralization
牙釉质是人体最坚硬的组织,由排列高度有序的羟基磷灰石组成,这种机械性能优异的排列结构是由发育过程中的一系列釉质基质蛋白调控完成的,其中,占牙釉质有机成分90%以上的釉原蛋白在牙釉质形成中发挥了重要作用。本文将就釉原蛋白在牙釉质发育中的作用、釉原蛋白的体外自组装和其对无机离子结晶的调控,以及釉原蛋白仿生矿化的研究进展做一综述。
Enamel is the hardest tissue in human body, it is composed by a highly ordered arrangement of hydroxyapatite, such arrangement with excellent mechanical properties was by regulated by a series of enamel matrix protein. Among which, amelogenin, which composes more than 90% of enamel organic ingredients, plays an important role in the formation of enamel. This paper will review research progress of the role of amelogenin in enamel development, in vitro self-assembly of amelogenin and it's effect on the regulation of inorganic ions crystallization, as well as amelogenin biomimetic mineralization.)
