滚刀铲磨用砂轮零编程数控修整方法

滚刀铲磨加工是齿轮滚刀的精加工工序,滚刀精度很大程度上取决于砂轮修整精度。本文针对目前滚刀铲磨时砂轮修整存在的一些问题,分析了不同的砂轮修整方法对滚刀铲磨加工的影响,推导出了砂轮修整数学模型。在此基础上,提出了一种滚刀铲磨用砂轮零编程数控修整方法,给出了砂轮修整零编程数控系统总体构成及其控制流程。该系统集成了CAD/CAM/CNC及相关知识的专家知识库,能识别AUTOCAD等多种二维图形文件并进行智能分析,得到砂轮修整截形及相关关键参数,自动生成砂轮数控修整所需的数控程序,解决了砂轮修整时砂轮轮廓数据更新、砂轮半径补偿等问题。本方法已在滚刀铲磨车床上进行了实际应用。

he process of hob relieving grinding is the finishing process of hob, the prevision of hob depends on the prevision of wheel mostly. In this paper, according to the problems in the course of the hob relieving grinding wheel dressing, the influence of different ways of wheel dressing on the hob relieving grinding are analyzed. The mathematic model on wheel dressing is deduced. On this basis, NC automatic programming for hob relieving grinding wheel dressing is introduced; the system and its control of the overall flow are obtained. CAD / CAM / CNC related knowledge expert’s knowledge is integrated. The system can identify AUTOCAD and other two-dimensional graphics file, and analyze the graphics intelligently. The profile of the relief grinding wheel and related key parameters are obtained. NC program for grinding wheel dressing is automatically generated. In this way, the system can automatically update the numeric programs for dressing process and compensate the decreasing of grinding-wheel’s diameter. This method has practical application on the hob relieving grinding machine.
