喘咳平颗粒水提工艺的研究

Objective: To optimize the extraction technology for Chuankeping Granules. Methods: An orthogonal test was adopted in the study. The rate of harvesting of the extract, the contents of Baicalin were used as indices of appraisa1. Data processing was carried out with the grading method for optimizing the extraction condition. Results: The optimized extraction technology for Chuankeping Granules was as follows: the crude drug which had been soaked in water for 0.5h should be extracted three times, by tenfold amount of water and 1.0h with each. Conclusion: The optimized extraction technology was simple and reasonable and operable.
