大型水轮发电机转子动偏心电磁振动仿真

Simulation of electromagnetic vibration of large hydro generator under Rotor eccentricity

本文针对定转子转子动偏心状态下某大型水轮发电机在不同励磁电流工况下的电磁振问题行了仿真研究。采用ANSYS Rmxprt组件进行电磁建模,求解额定负载工况下电磁场分布及相电压相电流并与实测值对比校验;然后通过麦克斯维张量法分别求解出水轮发电机定子铁心在25%、50%、75%、100%四种不同励磁电流激励下所受的电磁力密度;最后将电磁力加载到定子齿端,通过谐响应分析获得转子动偏心状态下水轮发电机定子支座在空载变励磁工况下的振动频域分布。研究发现水轮发电机转子偏心工况下电磁力波主要集中在一倍频和二倍频上,而电磁振动以一倍转频为主,同时随着励磁电流减低电磁力密度和电磁振动逐渐降低等电磁振动规律。

In this paper, a simulation study is made on the electromagnetic vibration of a large hydro generator under different excitation current. The electromagnetic model is modeled by Rmxprt ANSYS . Calculation of electromagnetic field distribution and phase voltage phase current under rated load condition and comparison with measured values .Then the electromagnetic force wave is excited under 25%,50%,75% and 100% four kinds excitation current by the Maxwell dimension tensor method. At last, the vibration frequency and vibration characteristics of the stator support of the rotor eccentric state are obtained by using the harmonic response analysis. It is found that the electromagnetic force wave is mainly concentrated in the eccentric condition of the rotor of the turbine generator. The electromagnetic force is mainly concentrated in the one and two times of rotating frequency, while the electromagnetic vibration is the main one. With the decrease of the excitation current, the electromagnetic force density and electromagnetic vibration decrease gradually and so on.
