电信经营分析中的聚类算法研究

数据挖掘技术的应用为电信企业制定合理的通信收费和服务标准、针对客户群的优惠政策等提供依据。本文使用SPSS统计分析软件，对运营商的通信主营业务收入进行了聚类分析。本文提出的方法和实验结果，有助于运营商了解客户之间需求的差异性、进行市场分析及发布针对客户群的优惠政策。
ata mining techniques and methods had developed rapidly and applied widely in the telecom industry. It could help telecom carrier design reasonable charges, service standards and favorable policies for customs. This paper presents a method to telecom industry based on cluster analysis with the software-SPSS. By analyzing the result of clustering, it can help telecom carrier understand the difference between the demand of customs, do market analysis and publish the favorable policies for different customs.
