机械原理具学科性与课程性双重属性,要求重点高校教师科教并重,以科研思维贯穿教学与教改。厘清对现代机器本质的认识以及《机械原理》课程在机械产品自主创新和领军人才培养中的重要作用,明确传统机器、现代机器及机电一体化的内在联系,以此重塑《机械原理》课程教学。通过课程内容的构成分析,明确课程教学目标、机构及构成要素、课程体系与方法、课堂教学与课程设计配置等,提出重点高校《机械原理》课程的教改思路与对策。

Mechanism and Machine (MMS) Science is of both subject and course that demands that the lecturers in the universities should perform both teaching and research and do teaching in research thinking style. In this paper, the understanding of the modern machine is investigated, the role of the MMS course is defined in the innovative design process of mechanical products and the fostering of qualified engineers, and then the intrinsic relations among traditional machine, modern machine and mechatronics are revealed that lead the new thinking and reforming of the MMS course. The syllabus including the fundmental contents, the course goal, the concept of mechanism and machine, the lectures, the design practice and so on are analyzed and the methodology of the course reforming is proposed.
