电致发热多孔SiC陶瓷绝缘涂层的研究
he Study of Insulation Coating on Electric-heating Porous SiC Ceramic
本实验以异丙醇铝为主要原料,用溶胶-凝胶法制备Al2O3溶胶,然后再以碳化硅多孔陶瓷为基体,在其表面与孔隙内壁进行涂层,以达到绝缘的目的。实验验证,经过一系列热处理后陶瓷表面及其孔隙内部确实有Al2O3的涂覆,并且涂层后陶瓷电阻率明显增加。可以弥补电致发热过程可能引起危险性的缺陷,使碳化硅多孔陶瓷的电致发热性能的研究更有意义。
l2O3 collosol was prepared by Sol-Gel method which it used aluminium isopropoxide as principal raw material and porous SiC ceramic as matrix. The matrix was needed cleared Then matrix was dipped into the sol,this step was done repeatedly. Through this method, the surface and inner wall of pore of ceramic was coated with Al2O3, so the coated ceramic can insulate when there was current .It has been confirmed in experiment that there really was the Al2O3 coating on the pore wall of the ceramic. And the resistivity of the ceramic was obviously increased. So that the risk during the process of electric-heating was decreased. As the result the study on the performance of electric-heating is more significant。
