超低速永磁同步电机转速控制策略

针对超低速永磁同步电机直驱存在的转速控制问题,研究超低转速平稳运行的实现方法。由于超低速下反馈转速计算的准确性和时效性之间存在矛盾,根据永磁同步电机的机械方程,采用龙伯格观测器对反馈转速进行实时估计,并和差分法计算速度进行比较。分析了超低速永磁同步电机系统存在干扰因素对实际转速波动的影响,实现了龙伯格观测器参数整定。比较了转速给定补偿和电流给定补偿对转速波动抑制的效果,分别确定了龙伯格观测器引入转速给定和电流给定的补偿系数。通过仿真验证了上述方法的有效性和参数整定的可行性。

iming at the speed control problem of ultra-low speed permanent magnet synchronous motor direct drive, this paper studies the realization method of ultra-low speed smooth operation. Due to the contradiction between the accuracy and timeliness of feedback speed calculation at ultra-low speed, according to the mechanical equation of permanent magnet synchronous motor, this paper uses Luenberger observer to estimate the feedback speed in real time, and compares the result with difference method. The influence of disturbance factors on the actual speed fluctuation of ultra-low spSpeed control strategy of ultra-low speed permanent magnet synchronous motoreed permanent magnet synchronous motor system is analyzed, and the parameter tuning of Luenberger observer is realized. The effects of speed setting compensation and current setting compensation on speed fluctuation suppression are compared, and the compensation coefficients of speed setting and current setting introduced by Luenberger observer are determined respectively. The effectiveness of the above method and the feasibility of parameter tuning are verified by simulation.
