不同干燥方法对微藻提脂过程的影响

本文选取普通小球藻为研究对象,研究不同干燥方法对小球藻提脂过程的影响。以真空干燥、烘箱干燥、冷冻干燥三种干燥方法,其中真空干燥和烘箱干燥选取了60℃和80℃两个温度点,破壁方法选择了液氮破壁。藻干燥结束以后,统一使用索氏提取法对其进行提脂。为了确定提脂结果中油脂的成分和含量,采用GC-MS对油脂甲酯化之后的上清液进行分析。结果显示真空干燥相对于烘箱干燥更有利于微藻提脂,能够得到更高的提脂量。而微藻在80℃的烘箱中干燥会发生氧化。采用冷冻干燥后,微藻会呈现疏松多孔的形态,有利于提高提脂程度。
hlorella was used to study the effects of different drying methods on lipid extraction in this paper. According to the laboratory conditions, the paper selected vacuum drying, oven drying, freeze drying, and the vacuum drying (oven drying selected 60 ℃ and 80 ℃ two temperatures) .Liquid nitrogen grinding method has been applied to break the cell wall of microalgae.After algae drying finished, Soxhlet extractor method was used to extract lipid. In order to determine the composition and amount of oil, the GC-MS is used to test the oil after methyl esterification.The experimental results show that the vacuum drying is better than oven drying for Chlorella lipid extraction, the vacuum drying can get a higher amount of lipid. Oxidation happens to the Chlorella that dry in 80 ℃ oven . Chlorella become porous after freeze drying, improving lipid extraction levels.
