Scheduling Algorithm Based on Clustering for Hybrid Beamforming System
为满足固定子阵结构的混合波束成形系统中的调度需求,该文提出一种基于k-均值聚类的调度算法。该调度算法考虑了天线固定子阵结构对毫米波传输信道的影响,利用天线子阵来替代其他阵元以降低复杂度,并引入了k-均值聚类算法来选取信道相关性较低的用户子集,进一步提升系统频谱利用率。仿真结果证明,与采用穷举法得到的最优调度结果相比,该文提出的调度算法在高信噪比时能达到最优性能的70%以上,同时将穷举法的指数级复杂度降低到了线性,具有一定的实用价值。
o meet the multiuser scheduling requirements in hybrid beamforming system with fixed subarray structure, a user scheduling algorithm based on k-mean clustering is proposed. This algorithm considers the effect of fixed subarray structure on millimeter wave channel and uses antenna subarray to replace the other elements to reduce the complexity. Moreover, k-mean clustering algorithm is introduced to select a subset of users with smaller channel correlation. Simulation results show that, compared with the optimal results based on exhaustive method, the proposed scheduling algorithm can reach 70% of the optimal performance at high SNR level, while the exponential complexity of exhaustive method is reduced to linear.
