番茄红素保健功能的研究现状及展望

onsiderable evidence from several epidemiological studies suggests that lycopene plays a positive role in the prevention of certain types of cancer or chronic disease in human, the effects of which have been attributed primarily to its antioxidant properties These epidemiological leads have stimulated a number of animal model and cell culture studies designed to test this hypothesis and to establish its beneficial effects. This review will focus on researching progresses of chemical structures, biological properties and hygienical function of lycopene in, and point out areas of future research.
