he results indicated that BCN compounds have been successfully synthesized by the reaction of CH3CN, BBr3 and Li3N at 400 ℃. The TEM, EDS, EELS, FTIR, SAED and XRD results demonstrated that the synthesized products are hexagonal polycrystalline BCN nanoflakes with the lattice constants of a=2.4203 ?, c=6.9016 ?, which have a B0.27C0.52N0.21 chemistry composition.
