System of Real-time ECG Monitoring in House

心脏疾病具有突发性强、发病征兆不易察觉的特点。因此,家庭实时监护十分必要。根据这个要求,本文设计并实现了一套家庭心电实时监护系统。在心电检测和传输的硬件基础上,着重描述了心电分析算法的研究和软件的开发。该系统使用了无线传输模块和PC,实现了便携和家庭内监护的要求。前端心电采集和收发模块具有无线传输功能。后端的数据处理部分对ECG信号进行了QRS波检测和PVC的识别,获得了较高的检测率和识别率。可以进行家庭实时监护,对PVC和心率过快或者过慢做出警示。

Heart disease often happens suddenly and rapidly, and people cannot feel the symptom by themselves. So, it’s very necessary to do real-time ECG monitoring in house. In this paper, a system of real-time ECG monitoring is designed and realized. On the base of hardware, we emphasize on describing the development of the algorithm and software. In this system, wireless transmission and PC is used. It is portable and can be used in house. The module of ECG collection and transmission can do signal transmission wirelessly. Then ECG signal is processed for QRS waveform detection and PVC detection. And the result is satisfiable. The system can do real-time monitoring in house, and gives warning when PVC happens or the heart rate is out of the threshold value.
