从英语口语网络机考的特点出发,文章首先从基于计算机技术的角度,结合和利用对于传统的谱相减降噪声技术和倒谱均值规整降噪声技术的修改以及等同于连续状态隐马尔可夫模型的概率尺度DP算法,提出了一种在英语口语网络机考系统中非特定人的网络语音识别方案,即通过实际环境下的英语口语网络机考实验,验证了这种方法的有效性。其次,文章从基于英语口语网考机考场地改建的角度,阐述了一些除噪音的措施和建议。通过两个方面的探讨,文章试图设计出一种解决噪声的完美的方案,能够让考生在完美"静音"空间里进行英语口语网络机考。

his paper, analyzing the characteristics of internet-based English oral test(iB-EOT), from computer-assisted technology in the first place, presents the method of disposing noise utilizing DSP in real environment recognizing English speech. Through experiment of iB-English oral speech recognition on the noisy outdoor environment, the effectiveness of the method is confirmed. Therefore, from the construction in space environment of iB-EOT, the paper addresses the suggestions and methods to get rid of noise. Through these tow basic methods, the paper intends to find out an ideal way to solve noise problem in iB-EOT so that test-takers can do their performance without any noise.
