目的 了解氧自由基与类风湿关节炎发生、发展的关系，以及抗氧化剂在类风湿关节炎治疗中的应用研究进展。方法 查阅国内外文献，并对文献进行整理综述 结果 发现氧化应激在类风湿关节炎的发生及发展过程中具有重要的地位。结论 抗风湿药物与抗氧化剂的配合应用在类风湿关节炎的治疗中具有重要的意义。
Objectives： To find out the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis，recent therapy of RA,the role of free radicals in the arise and develope of RA .the recent investigation of antioxidants in RA therapy .Methods:base on the inside and outside country literature Results:discover free radicals play a very important role in the arise and develop of RA.Conclusion:it maybe important of comlbination the antioxidants in therapy of RA.
