增大滚子直径法对KX 84-250牙轮钻头滚动轴承改型的理论研究

牙轮钻头是石油钻探的主要工具,它的使用寿命几乎直接取决于钻头轴承的寿命,本文详细分析了增大滚子直径对KX 84-250牙轮钻头的滚动轴承寿命的影响,并在此基础上进行了改型前后的比较计算,计算结果表明,增大滚动体直径,轴承寿命确可提高。但在不改变滚动体方位角和滚动体个数的情况下,单纯增大滚动体直径对轴承工作能力提高不大。

he rock bit is the major tool of petroleum drilling, its service life directly depends on the life-span of bearing system. In this paper the influence on the life-span of cylindrical roller bearing of the KX 84-250 rock bit of increasing the diameter of the roller is analyzed, and based on this the contrast calculation of before and after retrofit is done. The result of calculation indicates, increase and diameter of the roller, the bearing life-span can really be improved. But,if the roller azimuth and number of the rollers keeps constant, increasing the roller diameter simply can improve the Operational capability very limited.
