表面微织构具有改变摩擦表面润滑状态的特点,已在齿轮传动中获得了应用。开展沟槽形状的微织构对齿轮润滑的影响研究。首先,对微织构齿面齿轮进行参数化建模,实现自动生成理想的沟槽;然后,将微沟槽织构简化为两种模型,导入ANSYS的Fluent 模块中,并分别对沟槽不同的参数(如:沟槽宽度、深度、角度、间距)进行分析。结果表明:随着沟槽宽度的增大,承载能力增强;微沟槽深度对润滑压力的影响存在一最优值;适当的增大沟槽间距、微沟槽角度可提高润滑脂的流动性和连续性,从而增进和保持润滑效果。
Abstract
The surface micro-texture has the characteristic of changing the lubrication state of the frictionsurface , and has been applied in gear transmission. In this paper , the effect of groove shape micro-textureon gear lubrication is studied. First , the secondary development of micro-textured tooth surface gears isused to automatically generate ideal grooves. Then the micro-groove texture is simplified into two models,which can be imported into the Fluent module of ANSYS in order to analyze the different parameters of thegroove ( such as groove width , depth , angle , and spacing ). The numerical results show that as the width ofthe groove increases , the carrying capacity increases. 'The influence of the depth of micro grooves on thelubrication characteristics is non-linear , with an optimal value.Properly increasing the groove spacing andthe angle of the micro grooves can improve the fluidity and continuity of the lubricating oil , thereby impro-ving and maintaining the lubrication effect. This article lays a theoretical foundation for further applicationof micro-textured gears.关键词
