韦布尔杂波模型通常用来模拟雷达工作环境海杂波。韦布尔分布是两参数分布。其中,一个参数是反映杂波平均功率的尺度参数,另一个是反映分布偏斜度的形状参数。实际上,一般人们很难事先知道形状参数P的确切值。因此,在自适应检测中通常必须实时估计形状参数P,因为很多情况下的门限值都与该参数有关。为了能基本保持恒虚警率恒定并同时在一定的条件下获得高的检测概率,对形状参数P的估计必须使用一种好的估计方法。本文就基于参考滑窗随机变量对三种形状参数估计方法作了讨论,比较了其估计的性能,并给出了对检测性能的影响分析。

Weibull clutter is used to simulate the sea clutter in which environment radar works. Weibull clutter has two parameters.One is scale parameter to present the men clutter power and the other is the shape parameter to present the distribution decline degree. Actually, the shape parameter cannot be known in advance. So, the parameter must be estimate real time, and in most instances, the threshold has relation to it. Then a good estimation method must be found to get a higher detection probability, when the false alarm rate can be kept constant. The paper discusses three different estimation which are based the reference window variables, and we compared their performance. Then the effect to detection is analyzed in the end of this paper.
