对工业级TiO2进行了催化性能的考察,将其作为载体,采用共沉淀法在其上负载铁、锰金属制备烟气脱硝催化剂。并且从焙烧温度和金属配比两方面对复合型催化剂进行了催化效果的优化。实验结果表明:复合型催化剂在低温SCR反应中表现出高催化活性。其中Fe(0.5)-MnOX- Ti (400)型催化剂催化效果最优,180?C ~280?C温度范围内的NO转化率达到90%以上。

In this paper catalytic properties of industry level of TiO2 were researched. Using this kind of TiO2 as catalyst carrier, Fe、Mn elements were loaded on it by co-precipitation. Then the Fe-Mn-Ti compound catalyst was optimized by changing the calcining tempetrature and metal content. The experimental results showed that the Fe-Mn-Ti compound catalyst had the high catalytic activity at the low temperature. Above 90% conversion of NOx on the Fe(0.5)-MnOX- Ti (400) (the molar ratio of n(Fe)/(n(Fe)+n(Mn))=0.5 and calcined at 400?C) were achieved among 180?C to 280?C.
