基于基本刚性链平面机构运动构型分析

Kinematic Configuration Analysis of Planar Mechanism Based on Basic Rigid Chains

机构运动构型分析是机构分析与综合中的难点问题之一。在对平面闭式机构运动链的拓扑特性分析基础上,根据单杆转化原理,研究了基于基本刚性链机构运动构型分析的方法。首先,定义了缩杆距离序列与基杆组码序列,针对单杆转化后的剩余链中多杆基本刚性链链型识别,提出了序列码法。然后,在提出构件权值码与相似码概念后,构建了相似码法来判定运动链中构件的对称性,提出了两条识别定理。并通过转化后单杆的权值码或相似码,对机构运动构型的各种分析情况进行确定。最后,针对不同链型的分析情况建立其统一的运动约束方程组,采用系数同伦法对平面机构运动构型进行求解。研究与应用结果表明基于基本刚性链机构运动构型分析方法具有实现简单,方法可靠的特点,适用于多杆多自由度平面闭式运动链的运动构型分析,并可大大提高分析效率。

he kinematic configuration analysis is one of the most difficult problems in analysis and synthesis of mechanisms. According to the single-link transformation principle, and based on the topological characteristics investigations to planar closed kinematic chains (PCKCs), a general study of the kinematic configuration analysis of mechanisms with R-pairs is conducted in this paper. Firstly, two new concepts, contract link distance sequence and basic link group code sequence, are both defined in the paper, and a new approach for identification of multi-bar basic kinematic chains (BKCs) within the left kinematic chain from the single-link transformation, is proposed. Then another two concepts, weight code and similarity code, are defined for aid to link symmetry judgment, and two judgment theorems are proposed as well. As a further step, weight code or similarity code of the transformed single-link will be calculated for configuration analysis situations judgment. Finally, corresponding unified constraint equation groups are set up and solved with coefficient homotopy method, on the basis of different analysis results mentioned above. Research and application results show that the method is reliable, effective, easy to implement, and it is especially applicable for the kinematic configuration analysis of PCKCs with multi-bars and multi-freedoms.
