PhaseOTDR振动数据的梯次精简研究

目前,分布式光纤传感技术在周界安防预警、公共建筑、桥梁隧道等土木结构健康监测、地下区域设施安全等领域得到了广泛应用。然而,全分布式光纤传感系统在大范围全天候不间断监测的过程中产生了巨大的数据量,针对分布式光纤传感数据的压缩和存储成为了国内外学者关注的焦点。在对PhaseOTDR振动数据的压缩研究中存在只对时间维度上的一维振动信号压缩、稀疏性表示,没有考虑分布式光纤振动信号的二维时空结构、二维小波变换缺少各向异性等问题。因此,本文从时间和空间两个维度对二维时空的Phase-OTDR振动数据进行分析。首先,采用基于模拟退火寻优的OSTU振动数据信噪分离方法对振动数据进行信噪分离,然后在信噪分离的基础上,采用基于Shearlet稀疏性表示与引导滤波相结合的二维时空数据压缩方法对振动数据进行时空压缩,从而完成PhaseOTDR振动数据的梯次精简研究。
t present, distributed optical fiber sensing technology has been widely used in the fields of perimeter security warning, public buildings, bridges and tunnels and other civil structure health monitoring, underground facilities safety fields. However, the distributed optical fiber sensing system collects a huge amount of data in the process of continuous monitoring in a wide range. And the compression and storage of distributed optical fiber sensing data has become the focus of scholars at home and abroad. However, in the research of phase-OTDR vibration data compression, there are some problems. Such as only one-dimensional vibration signal compression and sparse representation in time dimension, the two-dimensional space-time structure of the distributed optical fiber vibration signal is not considered. And the two-dimensional wavelet transform lacks of anisotropy. Therefore, this paper analyzes the phase-OTDR vibration data of two-dimensional from time and space dimension. Firstly, the Ostu signal-to-noise separation method of vibration data based on simulated annealing optimization is used to separate the signal and noise of vibration data. Then, on the basis of signal-to-noise separation, a two-dimensional spatiotemporal data compression method based on shearlet sparsity representation and guided filtering is used to compress the vibration data in time and space dimension. So as to complete the research on gradient reduction of phase-OTDR vibration data.
