基于WC-OWA算子的随机多准则决策方法
Stochastic Multi-criteria Decision-making Method Based on WC-OWA Operator
针对准则权重信息不完全确定且准则值为正态分布随机变量的多准则决策问题,提出了一种基于加权的连续区间有序加权平均算子的随机多准则决策方法。该方法首先根据正态分布3 原则,把正态分布准则值转化为区间数,然后利用连续区间有序加权平均算子集结区间数,再通过方案贴近度和加权的连续区间有序加权平均算子,建立非线性规划模型,利用遗传算法对模型进行求解得到准则的最优权系数,进而确定方案的排序。最后实例说明了该方法的有效性和可行性。
For multi-attribute decision-making problems, in which the information on criteria’s weights is incomplete certain and criteria’s values of alternatives are normal distribution, a new method based on WC-OWA operator is proposed. In this method, according to 3 principle of normal distribution, the criteria’s values of alternatives are transformed into interval numbers. And, interval numbers are aggregated by C-OWA operator. By using ideal close degree and WC-OWA operator, a nonlinear programming model is constructed .Then, the optimal criteria’s weights are obtained by using genetic algorithms to solve the nonlinear programming model. And ranking of alternatives is performed. Finally, an example is given to show the feasibility and availability of this method.
