运用多元化阶梯式心理护理联合中药膏摩治疗一例初产妇哺乳期急性乳腺炎患者的护理报告

本文总结1例初产妇哺乳期急性乳腺炎患者运用多元化阶梯式心理护理联合应用中药膏摩技术中的治疗效果和护理经验。主要通过辨证施护的方法对患者进行护理评估、护理诊断、护理计划、护理措施、效果评价、生活和饮食指导，同时注重心理护理。应用中医特色技术-中药膏摩技术以及首次运用多元化阶梯式心理护理模式使患者VAS疼痛评分降低、日常生活能力评定（Barthel指数）提升、SPBS量表评分降低、SAS量表分数降低。通过中西医结合的治疗方法减轻疼痛，缓解患者焦虑情绪，提高患者生活质量。为更多类似病例提供借鉴和参考。
his paper summarizes the therapeutic effect and nursing experience of a case of acute mastitis in the lactation period of primipara with multi-step psychological nursing combined with Chinese ointment rubbing technology. Nursing evaluation, nursing diagnosis, nursing plan, nursing measures, effect evaluation, life and diet guidance were mainly carried out through the method of syndrome differentiation and nursing, and psychological nursing was also emphasized. The application of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and multi-step psychological nursing mode for the first time resulted in lower VAS pain score, higher Barthel index, lower SPBS scale score and lower SAS scale score. The combination of Chinese and western medicine can relieve pain, relieve anxiety and improve the quality of life of patients. To provide reference for more similar cases.
