内源呼吸状态活性污泥对纳米颗粒的生物吸附特性研究
Study on bioadsorption properties of activated sludge at endogenous respiratory state towards engineered nanoparticles
本文选用2种常见的人工纳米颗粒TiO2、ZnO和北京市小红门污水处理厂的活性污泥混合液来进行吸附特性研究。通过静态和动态吸附实验研究了内源呼吸状态好氧活性污泥对纳米颗粒吸附的机理和影响因素。结果表明:准二级方程是能够较好的模拟TiO2和ZnO纳米颗粒在活性污泥上吸附过程的模型。两种纳米颗粒在活性污泥上的吸附等温线符合Freundlich模型。ZnO和TiO2纳米颗粒在活性污泥上的吸附主要是化学吸附过程。两者在活性污泥上是多层吸附,活性污泥对于两者吸附介于容易吸附和难于吸附之间。
wo kinds of commonly-used engineered nanoparticles, namely TiO2, ZnO and activated sludge mixed liquor taken from Xiaohongmen wastewater treatment plant in Beijing were used for the study of the adsorption characteristics between them. Through static and dynamic adsorption experiments, the bioadsorption mechanism and influencing factors between the aerobic activated sludge at endogenous respiratory state and the nanoparticles were studied. Results show that the pseudo second-order kinetic equation is suitable to simulate the TiO2 and ZnO nanoparticles bioadsorption process on the activated sludge. The adsorption isotherms of both nanoparticles on the activated sludge accord with the Freundlich model. The chemical adsorption are dominant in process of both ZnO and TiO2 nanoparticles on activated sludge. Moreover, the adsorption type is a multilayer adsorption process. The bioadsorption capacity of activated sludge towards nanoparticles is between easy and difficult to adsorp.
