视频监控一直是人们关注的热点之一,支持监视点和被监视点移动特性的监控系统将会在3G移动环境下得到很好的实现和应用。而移动特性带来的一个新的需求就是终端定位,在移动环境下,基于位置的服务成为一个新的研究热点。本文提出了一种基于SIP协议扩展信令和Google Map API的方法来实现移动被监视点的定位与移动轨迹的显示,使视频监控服务器和显示终端能够随时得到被监视点的位置信息。该方法充分利用了现有的网络资源,为用户提供了方便灵活、覆盖范围广泛、位置准确的视频监控服务,实现对目标对象随时随地的准确监控。测试结果表明,这种终端定位方法能够很好地满足用户基于位置服务的需求。

Video surveillance has always been a concern, as one of the hot issues. Video surveillance systems with mobility will be well realized in 3G mobile environment. Requirements for terminal localization are becoming more and more obvious. In the mobile environment, location-based service becomes a new hotspot. This paper proposed a method to locate monitoring target and show its trajectory based on SIP and Google Map API, which can provide surveillance server and display terminal with location information wherever and whenever. The solution can use the network resource to provide wide coverage and accurate position video monitoring information for users. Test results show that the method can provide location-based services for users.
