在复杂人机交互环境下,为了提高人机交互效率,通过深入分析人机交互过程中用户行为的实现过程,提出任务的概念,并建立面向任务的人机交互模型PITA。该模型通过任务管理模块来有效管理任务的创建,执行和结束,为应用层提供了统一的接口,克服了在复杂人机交互环境下的任务管理混乱的缺点。实践证明该模型能有效提高人机交互的效率。

In order to improve the efficiency of human-computer interaction in a complex man-machine interactive environment.The paper analysed the implementation process of the user behaviors in-depth during the human-computer interaction process and put forward the concept of the task and establish the task-oriented human-computer interaction model PITA. The model can effectively manage tasks creation, implementation and completion through task management module, provides a unified interface for the application layer to overcome the task management chaotic shortcoming in the complex human-computer interaction environments. Practice shows that the model can effectively improve the efficiency of human-computer interaction.
