水热法制备Mn改性的ZnO纳米棒及其性质的研究

Preparation and Properties of Manganese Modified ZnO Nanorods by Hydrothermal Process

采用尿素辅助的水热法直接了制备Mn改性的ZnO纳米棒。XRD和TEM表明ZnO纳米棒为闪锌矿结构,直径在200-400 nm之间,长度为2-3 $mu$m。ZnO纳米棒的表面覆盖有一层氧化锰纳米颗粒,直径在5-10 nm之间。室温光致发光显示这种Mn改性的ZnO纳米棒在366 nm和382 nm处出现的紫外发光和峰值为490 nm,从440到550 nm的蓝光发光谱带。其蓝光发光带峰值随着Mn添加量的增高发生红移,且明显增强。

Manganese oxide nanoparticles modified ZnO nanorods were prepared by hydrothermal process. XRD and TEM analysis proved that the rods were sphalerite phase structure, and the diameter of nanometer was 200-400 nm, the length was 2-3 micron. There are manganese oxide nanoparticles on the surface of ZnO nanorods, which diameter is 5-10 nm. The room temperature photoluminescence showed there are two UV emissions and a broad blue emission. With the increasing of Mn content, the blue emission red shifted and increased.
