针对固体润滑滚动轴承的使用条件和接触特点,建立了固体润滑摩擦副的接触模型,利用有限元方法分析了模型在不同摩擦系数下的VonMises应力和剪应力分布情况,讨论了应力分布与表面裂纹萌生及扩展的关系。分析结果显示:摩擦系数对表面应力分布影响很大,随着摩擦系数f由0.02增大至0.35,剪应力增加了2.1%,其所在位置上升了30.9%。进一步分析了接触摩擦过程中所产生的拉应力区与表面裂纹萌生及扩展关系,此结果为固体润滑薄膜发生剥落或转移提供了力学依据,并对今后研究固体润滑滚动轴承的接触问题具有参考价值。

Established a solid lubrication friction contact model aimed at the solid lubricated rolling bearing using condition and contact characteristics. Analyzed the VonMises stress and shear stress distribution under different friction coefficient by using FEM. Discussed the relationship between stress distribution and surface crack initiation and propagation. Analysis results showed that the friction coefficient has a great effect on the stress distribution. When the friction coefficient increasing from 0.02 to 0.35, the shear stress increased with the value of 2.1% and the location of shear stress increased by 30.9%. The relationship between the tension stress zones and surface crack initiation and propagation are further analyzed. The results provided a mechanical basis for peeling or transfer of solid lubrication film, and had reference value for research of contact problems of solid lubricated rolling bearing on the future.
