针对微细型孔的形状特征,基于微塑性成形技术,采用微孔冲压成形工艺路线,着重设计一种全闭环控制的伺服冲压系统。并利用Matlab/Simulink软件,对构建的系统模型进行简单仿真和相关分析,为系统设计提供一定的理论基础。

ccording to shape character of micro-cavity, this paper adopts the machining method of micro stamping forming and plays emphasis on the design of a stamping servo system which belongs to a all-closed loop control system based on microforming technology. Then, doing simple simulation and related analysis on finished system model which makes use of the soft of Matlab/Simulink,so supplying theoretical basis for the system design.
