精氨酸是哺乳动物胎儿期和哺乳期的一种必需氨基酸,N-乙酰谷氨酸(NAG)的不足可能是内源性精氨酸合成过程中的限制因素之一。本实验选用体重相近(5.00±0.23 kg)的21日龄二元杂(长×大)断奶仔猪12栏,以栏为单位随机分为3组,每组4个重复,研究了不同水平精氨酸生素(N-carbamylglutamate,NCG——为NAG的类似物)对早期断奶仔猪生长性能及腹泻的影响。各试验组日粮中分别用添加0、0.08和0.16%的NCG,试验期为12 d。与对照组相比,日粮中添加0.08%的NCG显著提高了断奶仔猪的平均日采食量(ADFI)和平均日增重(ADG)(P<0.05),并且显著降低了料肉比(F/G)、腹泻率和腹泻指数(P<0.05);而添加0.16%NCG组的ADG显著低于0.08%的NCG;F/G、腹泻率和腹泻指数均显著提高(P<0.05);0.16%NCG组与对照组相比,ADG、ADFI、F/G、腹泻率和腹泻指数等指标差异均不显著(P>0.05)。结果表明,日粮中添加0.08%NCG可以有效缓解仔猪断奶应激引起的腹泻和生长受阻等现象,而高水平的NCG(0.16%)则具有一定的副作用。

rginine is considered to be a nutritionally essential amino acid for piglets, particularly under stress conditions. N-acetylglutamate (NAG) plays an important role in regulating intestinal synthesis of arginine in pigs. But a low level of mitochondrial NAG may limit in vivo intestinal arginine synthesis. N-Carbamylglutamate (NCG), an analogue of NAG, was on investigated on the effects of the growth performance and diarrhea of early-weaned piglet. Piglets from 12 fences weaned at 21 d with initial average swinery weight about 5.00±0.23 kg were chosen. The piglets were grouped into 3 treatments in a completely randomized block design and fed diets with three levels of NCG (0, 0.08 and 0.16%). The experimental period is 12 d. Compared with the piglets in control and 0.16%NCG group, supplementation of 0.08%NCG improved ADG and ADFI, and reduced F/G, diarrhea rate diarrhea index of the weaned piglets significantly (P<0.05). But when supplemented with higher level of NCG, the ADG of the piglets were lower, F/G, diarrhea rate diarrhea index were higher than that in 0.08%NCG group significantly (P>0.05). There were no significant differences in all the indexes between 0.16%NCG group and control group. The results showed that dietary supplementation of 0.08% NAG may help overcome weaning stress of piglets, while higher level of NCG (0.16%) may have side effect.
