大角度俯采工作面液压支架承载及运行特性研究

Study on Load and Operation Characteristics of Hydraulic Support on Down-dip Mining Working Face at Deep Dip Angle

本文针对新集二矿E1108工作面复杂的地质条件,通过采取多种观测手段和研究方法,对大倾角双斜工作面俯采段复杂条件下液压支架承载与运行特性、工作面俯角与采场矿压显现的相关性等问题进行了全面的实测分析。结果表明,工作面俯角达到临界角时对支护阻力影响显著,并且俯采时支架载荷分布特点与工作阻力有明显关系。本文将MATLAB软件应用到矿压规律分析中,实践表明,应用该软件有利于更直观、更全面、更准确的解决相关问题。

ccording to the complex geological conditions of E1108 working face in Xinji No.2 mine, the paper made an all-around measurement toward the load and operation characteristics of hydraulic support, the relevance between depression angle and the strata behavior in the phase of down-dip mining working face at deep dip angle by several observation and research methods. It found out that the depression angle has a significant impact on the support resistance when it becomes critical angle and the relationship between distribution of support load and working resistance is remarkable. This paper creatively applied MATLAB software to the analysis of strata behavior regularity, which contributes to a more intuitive, more comprehensive and more accurate resolution of related issues.
