中国制造2025环境下工业工程创新创业人才培养模式的思考

"中国制造2025"的提出,加快了制造企业由要素驱动向创新驱动的转变,企业更加需要创新人才。然而,现在教育体系对经济、科技变化反应迟滞,培养出的学生难以满足社会对创新人才的需求。所以,在强烈生存危机意识中,高校需要通过创新创业教育改革寻求新出路。工业工程专业本身具有知识体系庞杂、实践性强、创新性要求高等特征,更应该重新思考人才培养模式。本文以重庆大学工业工程专业为例,变革工业工程教育,以知识传授为主,通过成果导向、分类分层培养、模块化教学、独立性综合实验实践方式等,将创新创业内涵融入专业学习中,形成开放式人才培养体系,达到创新型产出的目的。
