his paper designed the TSC reactive power compensation program according to the condition of mine 660V low voltage distribution network. And the operation has been tested. This design includes compensation capacity, compensation-setting, TSC functions and protection parts of the equipment. This design can meet the requirements that fast, accurate and ecomomic.
