架空输电线路实时暂态载流能力及其风险水平的计算研究
Study of Real-time Transient Ampacity and Risk Level of Transmission Lines
随着用电负荷的不断增大,如何在安全范围内提高输电线路的输送容量是目前亟需解决的问题。而输电线路的暂态载流量是电网负荷调度或出现故障时运行调度的重要参数。本文以输电线路的暂态热平衡方程为基础,提出架空导线的暂态载流量的计算方法。利用浙江省某500kV四分裂送出线路的实时气象条件,对该送出线路的暂态与稳态载流量以及不同因素对于暂态载流量的影响程度进行研究分析;最后利用统计分析的方法,获得该线路全年暂态与稳态载流量的累积分布图,确定其在不同风险水平下的载流量值,为线路的运行调度提供参考与依据。结果表明:基于实时气象条件的暂态载流量可以显著提高输电线路的载流能力,但随着载流量数值的增大,其风险水平也随之升高。
With the continuous increase of power load, how to increase the capacity of transmission line within the safety range is an urgent problem to be solved at present. The transient ampacity of the transmission line is an important parameter of the dispatching of power Network load dispatch or failure. Based on the transient heat balance equation, this paper presents a transient thermal rating method for transmission lines. Based on the real-time meteorological conditions of a 500kV transmission line in Zhejiang Province, the transient and steady-state ampacity and the influence of different factors on the transient ampacity are studied and analyzed.
