劳动力迁移对农村经济的影响

中国劳动力迁移是在经济发展极不平衡的背景下进行的。这种背景决定了劳动力迁移方向集中在东部沿海地区，并且迁移人口中绝大多数受教育程度较低。根据托达罗模型，在农村存在大量剩余劳动力的情况下，农村人口的迁出在一定程度上解决了农村剩余劳动力问题，增加了农民收入，对农村贫困有一定的缓解作用。但另一方面，由于农村生产力发展缓慢和各种因素的因素，农村人口的迁移并不能从根本上解决农村贫困问题，并会在一定程度上拉大城乡收入差距。
In this paper, three points about the labour force transference in China are discussed. First, the background of the transference is the lopsided economics of China; Second, most of the transferring people are heading for the east of China; Another point is that little transferring people are high educated. According to the analysis, some advice about policy are proposed.
